Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore

I generally love Embassy Suites, and this location was no different. I was in the area or work and arrived way before check in. The front desk staff were wonderful and got me into a room right away. This was great after a long flight from the East Coast. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was taken care of nicely. The only complaint I have is that my room had a weird smell, though it looked newly renovated. Overall, I would stay at this location again if in the area.

Second time staying at this Embassy Suites and it’s everything I need out of a business trip. It’s the Pizza Hut of hotels. Is it going to win any awards for taste? No. Is it going to get the job done and make you full and satisfied, absolutely. Clean rooms, nice staff, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Free made to order breakfast (name me a Marriott that makes you eggs anyway you want it, for free). Spacious & clean rooms with two large tvs, three sinks, and living room! You can’t beat it for the price. Is some of the decor dates? Sure, but who cares, it’s not the Waldorf. Come here as a stopover on your way somewhere or business and you won’t regret it. Also, you can’t beat the location, next to one of the nicest shopping centers in Phoenix. Thanks for the love Embassy suites and also, Maria G is the absolute best cook and went above and beyond, she’s the best!

I loved staying here, rooms and amenities rock. But I have to say the bar staff- Stacy and Gloria went way above and beyond to uplift me when I had a rough day. I love seeing a place where people are uplifting because they’re happy at work.

The service staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a spacious main area and large rooms. The breakfast was quality. There were drinks in the evening that was nice. The one knock is that ATT cell service was unusable, although that's not the hotel's fault.

Hotel is in a good spot and the room looked very nice. King suite. Three sinks, a mini fridge and nice balcony. Free breakfast with omelette bar. Only a couple of complaints. First the room was very slow to get to temperature. Next the bed was more firm than traditional. Lastly the shower size was not as wide as normal. From the standpoint of facing the shower head. Bot my arms were within just an inch or two from touching the door and wall. I am a larger than average person though. Still felt small compared to others.

We stayed here to catch an early morning flight from Phoenix. The hotel was recently renovated and never before had I seen a lobby of this kind for an Embassy Suites Hotel. It is very well done and has a very impressive finish. The rooms are renovated as well and look sharp. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The drive to airport is about 12 min and there is a sky train from car rental returns to the airport which was all very smooth.

The hotel is actually really nice. We had a few issues during our stay which is why I did 4 stars instead of 5. During our time there, our room had to be worked on due to a fairly good sized leak due to the A/C unit. Also, while there, 3 of the elevators stopped working and remained out of service. The hotel has a really good happy hour between 5pm-7pm free of charge. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool looked gross, so we didn't get in... but seeing how the entire area is having such a huge water problem right now, we didn't hold that against the hotel. (I'd rather them have a dirty pool than waste more water.) Also, I know this shouldn't be a big deal, but the rooms dont have smart TV's. We weren't able to watch any streaming services. Again, not a big deal, but feels like something that is pretty standard these days.

I always enjoy and happy to stay at Embassy Suites Hotel. Room is a huge, a free breakfast and drinks. Surprisingly, Embassy Suites Hotel at Biltmore gives us 4 free happy hour drink tickets that are really valuable. Also, the hotel is pretty quiet. I usually give 5 stars with this kind of a hotel but there are 2 hiccups. 1) The hotel did not tell me that a parking lot costs $14 per day until when I checked out. Should tell me when I checked in the hotel. 2) The housekeeper was not aware we had stayed with 3 people that the housekeeper just left 2 bath towels and 2 face towels. The housekeeper should know how many guests stay in each room.
